Delta State University (DELSU) Direct Entry Screening Form for the 2020/2021 Session

Suitably and qualified candidates are invited for admission into the Delta State University (DELSU) Degree programmes for the 2020/2021 ac session through Direct Entry.

The online application will start from Thursday, 9th July, 2020.

Application website closes at 6.00pm on Tuesday, 1st September, 2020.

Applicants will be inform on date and time for screening in due course.

All candidates who chose DELSU as their first choice of University can apply for the 2020/2021 Admission Screening.

Method on how to Apply for DELSU Direct Entry Admission.

Candidates are required to visit www.portal.delsu.edu.ng to generate a virtual PIN with N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira only). Payment should be made to any of the following banks.

• Unity Bank, UBA, Zenith Bank, Fidelity Bank
  Ensure that Jamb Registration Number and Names are correctly entered. Errors will not be entertained.

STEPS TO GENERATE VIRTUAL PIN

1. Visit www.portal.delsu.edu.ng/
2. Click Apply for Admission
3. Click Start
4. Select screening exercise
5. Click Apply
6. Complete the form with valid JAMB Registration Number
7. Submit the form and generate PIN
8. Print out the PIN generated
9. Visit any of the specified banks for payment or Pay online
10. After payment return back to portal.delsu.edu.ng to print acknowledgment slip.

Candidates are advised to use the virtual PIN immediately for payment, as it will become invalid six (6) hours after generation.

There are instructions on the front page of the website that all candidates are advised to read before completing the form.

A valid mobile phone number and e-mail address must be entered by all candidate with which the University will use to communicate candidates on the dates of screening and venue

1. NB:
   Applicants are to come along with photocopies of their credentials i.e. DIRECT ENTRY registration slip, SSCE/WASC result, OND, A’level, NCE, Local Government of Origin and Birth certificate.
2. Any person caught impersonating will be handed over to the police and the candidate impersonated will automatically be disqualified.
