Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, ILAROPOLY Online Purchase of Post UTME Screening Form has Commenced, All interested candidates should read the procedure below for the 2018/2019 Academic Session Post Screening Exercise.
We are using this very important medium to inform all interested candidates of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, ILAROPOLY, That the 2018/2019 Post UTME Screening Form is now available online for purchase. All who scored 150 and above and chose the institution as first choice or those who didn’t choose ILAROPOLY but which to make it their first choice are eligible to apply following the guideline below.
Read This Very Important Notice:
1. Your credentials should be very clear as you upload, or you may not be admitted.
2. Obtain invoice and RRR in your name (Applicant’s Name) and make sure you use the school portal to generate your invoice which carries the RRR, Avoid FRAUDs
3. All Awaiting Result applicants are permitted to submit their credentials once it is ready as obtaining of screening form is still on.
4. Use Only your Personal e-mail address and mobile number when filling the forms.
5. Finally to get the Admission Update, it shall come only form the Polytechnic website

Update On Institutions Selling Post UTME Form Currently 2018/2019
Guideline To Obtain Post UTME Screening Form:
All Candidates that are eligible to apply should go to the school official portal at www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng or www.federalpolytechnicilaro.net and complete all necessary information. The Post UTME Screening Fee Is Two Thousand Naira Only (2,000.00) as stipulated by JAMB. All applicants are advised to always visit the Polytechnic website regularly for further updates.
Use This Guideline:
i. Visit: federalpolyilaro.edu.ng
ii. Click on “College Portal ” on the main menu
iii. Go down to “New Application”
iv. Click on “Generate Invoice” button
To generate your invoice fill in your Name and other details (as you have them on your credentials) and select your programme and Course of study.
iv. Proceed to the bank with the invoice generated. Pay at the bank and obtain RRR NUMBER
Note The Banks For Payment Using The REMITA PLATFORM:
a. Access Bank Plc
b. UNION Bank Plc
c. Zenith Bank Plc
d. Ilaro Poly Micro-Finance Bank
e. SKYE Bank Plc
f. Ekuombe Micro Finance Bank
g. WEMA Bank Plc
h. United Bank For Africa (UBA) Plc
Once Payment is done, Go back to the portal, repeat procedure i-iii above and click on the “Fill Application form” button
v. Enter the RRR NUMBER obtained from the bank
vi. Complete the application form.
vii. Scan and upload the following details :
a colour passport-size photograph of not more than 50kb in the space provided on the online form.
UTME notification of result slip
O’level Result(s) for candidates who are not awaiting their result.
All awaiting result candidates should indicate their year of Examination and Registration Number and put (AR) in the columns provided for this purpose. They should however upload their result when available.
Confirm and submit. Print a copy of the Acknowledgement Slip
