The Federal University Otuoke Has Started The Sale Of Post-Unified Tertiary And Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME) Screening Application Form For The 2018/2019 Academic Session, All Candidates who meets the eligibility below can now proceed to purchase the screening application form online.

The management of The Federal University Otuoke has announced the sale of post-UTME screening form for the 2018/2019 Academic Session, All Candidates that chose FUOTUOKE as their first choice and those that wish to make a change of institution in the 2018 UTME, and got a JAMB score of 150 and above are eligible to purchase the post-UTME screening application form for the 2018/2019 Admission process.

NOTE THIS BEFORE COMMENCING:
a. If You Chose FUOTUOKE as Your FIRST CHOICE and those that wish to make a change (Check below for more details) in The 2018 UTME And got a minimum score of 150 you are eligible to purchase the form
b. The cost for Post-UTME Screening Application Form is Two Thousand Naira 0nly (N2,000.00)
c. The Purchase Of Application Form ends on Wednesday, 7th September 2018
d. The Date For The Screening Exercises Will Be Announced soon on this page, kindly follow up the update.
e. you are expected to Fill in your Valid email address and phone numbers because the institution will use it to send information to you.

IMPORTANCE NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES THAT DID NOT CHOOSE FUOTUOKE

There is chance for candidates that did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study in the University and scored 150 and above in the JAMB UMTE examination. How To Purchase The FUOtuoke Post-UTME Form:

The Online Application portal will open from Thursday, July 12, 2018. Via our portal: www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.

1. Interested Candidates are to pay Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only by using an Interswitch Verve enabled or Master card for the application form. Note; the fee is for post-UTME Screening Form and it is non-refundable

2. Once the fee is paid you visit www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for detailed instructions for the online application.

Necessary Documents To Upload Online:

i. Recent Passport – size photograph

ii. Copy of 2018 JAMB UTME original result printout

iii. Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result

iii. Copy of LGA Identification letter

iv. Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration

v. Valid WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result Checking Scratch Card Details

Note:

i. You are to Use a digital passport photograph,

ii. Use the same name as used in your JAMB UTME and in the same order,

iii. Use your valid email address and personal phone number in your online application,

iv. Upload your O’Level result checking scratch card. For candidates combining two O Level results, both scratch cards should be up loaded accordingly.

Kindly be informed that the Federal University Otuoke will not be held responsible if your application is not successful due to invalid email address(es) and telephone number(s). Therefore fill Valid emails and Personal Phone Numbers.

Necessary Credentials To Go With During The screening test

1. Acknowledgement letter

2. UTME Result Slip

Note: Mathematical tables, Calculators, GSM phones, Bags of any kind is highly prohibited from the screening hall, candidates are to take note so as to avoid LOST and SEIZURE

Once You Successful pass the screening test you will be issued letter of invitation to report at the University Campus for further verification processes. Good Luck!
If you make false declaration of UTME scores, (WAEC, NECO OR NABTEB), or your state of origin, automatically you will be disqualified for admission. When Uploading your Credentials fill only the correct ones and original.
