Federal University Wukari, FUWUKARI Post UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise application form for the 2018/2019 academic session is now available online for all FUWUKARI aspirants to buy online following the qualifications and steps to apply below.

We wish to use this medium to inform all Federal University Wukari aspirants that the Post- UTME and Direct Entry Screening Form for 2018/2019 Academic session is now available online for all qualified candidates to purchase.

NOW CANDIDATES SHOULD NOTE THAT: UTME and Direct entry candidates that chose FUWUKARI as their First or Second choice of institution and UTME candidates who scored 180 and above in the 2018 UTME can purchase the form and participate in the screening exercise.

Post- UTME Screening Exercise is scheduled to take place at the Federal University Wukari, along Katsina –Ala road, Wukari, Taraba State.

Guideline to Apply for FUWUKARI Admission Screening 2018/2019 session:

1. On the FUWUKARI Portal: Candidates should Click on 2018/2019 Pre-Admission Screening
Note: There is a registration guideline for all candidates simply click on Pre-Admission Screening Instructions and and study it carefully.

2. In the space provided, supply your JAMB Registration Number and SURNAME
Note: Your JAMB Registration Number should be entered correctly to ensure your details to display.

i. All UTME candidates should click on the Get Details button for your JAMB information;
ii. While all Direct Entry candidates and those that chose FUWUKARI as their second choice should click the OK button on the dialog box displayed and enter their names;

iii. Click on Make Payment link to go to REMITA PLATFORM.
You are expected to pay the Registration fee of Two Thousand Naira only (N2,000.00) (bank charges excluded).
a. Choose your ATM card type (e.g Visa or Master Card)
b. Enter your Card Number
c. Enter Card Expiry Date and the card CVV2 (the 3 digits on the reverse side of the card
d. Enter your card pin, then you click on Pay.
Kindly note: To avoid multiple deduction from your account, candidates are advised not to REFRESH their browser while the process is going on, If you find out that nothing is displaying after 10 minutes, quietly close the browser and restart.

3. Candidates should Login and click on Continue Registration Link on the main menu once the have successfully make the payment above.
i. Fill in your other bio-data and necessary details truthfully on the webpage. All candidates should upload their Passports by clicking on Browse button and select your picture. Your Passport must not be more than 25KB.

REQUIRED PASSPORT TYPE:
a. Passport format is JPEG.
b. Picture must be digital passport photograph.
c. Resolution must be at least 200 DPI.
d. Dimension should not be less than 600 × 600 pixels.
e. Each photograph should capture the head and top of the shoulders so that the face takes up to 70-80% of the photograph.
f. Show the eyes looking directly at the camera.
g. Show skin tone naturally.
h. Have a uniform red background.
i. Maximum of 25KB..
4. On completion of bio-data. click on Next Step button then click OK on the message dialog box.

ALL CANDIDATES Should Note:

All Direct Entry (DE) candidates and those who choose FUW as their choice should complete the programme of choice and click on Save then click OK on the message dialog box.
On completion of choice of Institution click Next Step button.
For Direct Entry (DE) candidates and those who choose FUW as their second choice;
Direct Entry candidates are required to select their Highest Academic Qualification(s) from the drop down and click on Save. On the dialog box click OK;
To add more Higher Academic Qualifications click on qualifications dropdown to select your additional qualifications, click on save; and then Click on Next Step.

All candidates (UTME and DE) are required to supply their O’ level (O/L) details as follows:

i. Pick Number of sitting(s) by clicking on the drop-down button
ii. Enter all the required O’ level (O/L) details; Pick as applicable in your result; and
iii. Click on Submit button then click OK on the message dialog box.
iv Falsification of result will lead to automatic disqualification at any stage.
v Click Print Tab to print out the following:
vi. Pre-Admission Screening Registration form;
vii. Payment Receipt.
