Please be informed that there is a new policy from JAMB that all ND applicants into Federal Polytechnic Oko (OKOPOLY) should purchase change of institution form from jamb indicating federal polytechnic Oko as FIRST CHOICE of institution. This a mandatory requirement admission into all ND programs
This is to say that if you did not choose OKOPOLY initially as your first choice, you will have to get a change of institution form to secure admission into the institution.
