Suitably qualified Candidates are invited for Application into the University of Benin
Teaching Hospital Nursing School, The programme is to run for 3years leading to the award of a Registered Nurse Certificate (RN)
Below are the qualifications, how to Apply, and also the closing date for Applications.
Qualifications For Entry :
Applicants Must:
- Not be less than 18 years old.
- Must possess the following:
a) WAEC/GCE (O/Level) NECO with five credits in not more than two sittings off course and subjects should include English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics
b)Also Candidates that are awaiting their WASCC/GCE/NECO results can apply.
Application Form:
To get your Application forms, you are to visit the Office of the Principal and obtain your Form. Once you get your form you are to Fill it and return to the undersigned with evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira only (N10,000) the Payment should be made to UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) via the REMITA Platform in any Commercial Bank under the service type “Training School – School of Nursing”. Noted?
Also You are to Note that when Returning the Form that you are expected to do that with four (4) recent coloured passport photograph should be recent at most 2weeks old

Closing Date: Friday 3rd August, 2018.
