This is to bring to the notice of all interested candidates that the admission form for University of Port-Harcourt (UNIPORT) Centre for Medical Research and Training (CENMART) PGD Medical Education programme for the 2018/2019 academic session is now on sale.

Procedure To Get UNIPORT CENMART PGD Medical Education Admission Form.
A. You are to purchase the form by paying the sum of Twenty thousand naira only (N20,000) into U&C Microfinance Bank with this Account Number 015284480.
B. Download the following forms
→Application Form
→ Referee Forms
→ Transcript Label Form.
C. Once you download the forms and successfully complete it, you are expected to Submit completed Forms as in (2) above to CENMERT Office alongside with the documents mentioned below:
i. West African Examination Council Certificate(WAEC) and/or General Certificate of Education(GCE), O’ Level Certificates.
ii. First Degree Certificate(s)
iii. National Youth Service Corps(NYSC) Discharge Certificate or due Exemption Certificate
iv. Teller for Payment of Application Fee
D. Then you Apply for, follow up and cause Transcript to be sent to CENMERT WITH THE TRANSCRIPT LABEL through the CENMERT Administrator.
E. Await receipt of Offer of Admission after admission processes which may include an interview.
F. If you are admitted, pay Acceptance Fee of #10,000(Ten thousand naira only) in U& C Microfinance Bank (account number 015284480)
G. Collect Admission Letter from CENMERT Office on Submission of teller for payment of Acceptance Fees.
H. Register and Collect Registration Pack after payment of School fees.
