University Of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has started the sell of Admission form for Postgraduate candidates 2018/2019 Academic Session. The Deadline is Thursday, 30th August 2018.
This is to inform the general public that the School of Postgraduate Studies, University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) has started the sell of application forms for admission into its postgraduate programmes for the 2018/2019 academic session.
Suitably qualified candidates are invited to purchase the application form that can be purchased within the school environment. The requirements is stated below:
Note This Important Information As You Proceed:
i. Wednesday, 9th May 2018 to Thursday, 30th August, 2018 Is the sale of application Forms.
ii. Once you have purchase your forms and completed the fillings make sure it get to the Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies on or before Friday 31st August, 2018
iii. All prospective candidates should send their Academic Transcript to:

UNIMAID POSTGRADUATE REQUIREMENTS:
Below are the compulsory requirements for all candidates aspiring for postgraduate admission in UNIMAID:
i. Any candidates for Ph.D programmes must have M.A, M.Ed., M. Sc., M.Eng. or LL.M Degrees in the relevant areas with CGPA of at least 4.00 on a scale of 0.00 to 5.00 from University of Maiduguri or any other recognized University or 60% (B. Average)
ii. All Ph.D programmes are done by course work.
iii. Candidates for admission into M.A., M.Ed., M. Sc. (Ed), MLS, M.Sc., M.Eng. and L.L.M. programmes shall have:
a. First Class, Second Class Upper or Second Class Lower Degree from University of Maiduguri or any other recognized University.
b. A Third Class Degree plus a good Postgraduate Diploma in the relevant areas from University of Maiduguri or any other recognized University.
iv. Candidate seeking admission into MBA, MHPM, MPA, MPBD, MHRS and MASS should have:
a. A good Second Class Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Sociology and Anthropology, History, Economics from University of Maiduguri or any other recognized University.
b. A Third Class Degree or HND with a minimum of Lower Credit plus a Postgraduate Diploma with a minimum of merit in the relevant areas from University of Maiduguri or any other recognized University.
v. Candidates for admission into PGDM, PGDE, PGDNSS and PGDA shall possess a Degree in relevant discipline from University of Maiduguri or any other recognized University or HND with a minimum classification of Lower Credit obtained from recognized institutions.
USE THIS PROCEDURE T APPLY FOR POSTGRADUATE ADMISSION IN UNIMAID:
All candidates that wish to get the postgraduate admissions are advised to visit the school, and purchase their application forms with the sum of Fifteen Thousand Naira only (N15,000.00) from the School of Postgraduate Studies, University of Maiduguri at UNIMAID Microfinance Bank. (NOTE: the fee is non-refundable)
